As of 2026, I have a new working theory regarding the “Harassment Techniques” which I have personally witnessed and which correspond precisely to those described by the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (You can easily find this by Googling for it).
The basic idea is that certain vulnerable people are being systematically targeted and harassed by a wide array of seemingly “normal” people. This is happening in ways that are quite extreme and off-the-wall to the point that it is difficult for the victims to either understand or describe what is happening. Attempting to explain it usually results in sounding crazy, which helps the perpetrators to gaslight the victims, claiming that their targeted harassment isn’t real, and that the victim is simply crazy. The fact that these hate groups target people who have mental health histories makes their cover story all the more plausible to uninvolved persons.
There exists a large amount of propaganda online, some from seemingly credible non-profit groups, which allege that these harassment operations are being undertaken by official government bodies like the FBI, CIA, CSIS, FIVE EYES GENERALLY, etc. All of these organizations DO have a well-documented public track record of carrying out unethical operations like this. I won’t bore you with the acronyms that are far too overused as it is.
The organized harassment which is described on the UN OHCHR website is rather extreme. My own personal observations concur with this view. I have personally undertaken a number of very deeply undercover counterintelligence operations to manipulate and observe the group that carries out these organized harassment techniques. After years of research and investigation, I can say for certain that the tactics being used are clearly centrally directed from a database of information that has been collected from disparate sources and weaponized.
It seemed therefore logical that these operations could indeed be originating from a legitimate government intelligence agency. Many of the people who were engaging in these operations would present themselves as members of the intelligence community, or claim to know people who were. So that was a long-running working theory that I have assessed, investigated, and contemplated. Also, I simply asked CSIS if they were doing it. More precisely, I blatantly ACCUSED them, and filed a formal complaint with NSIRA, which is the Canadian accountability agency that manages the conduct of intelligence groups like CSIS.
The first couple of tries got me nowhere, but I eventually received an explicit DENIAL of involvement, which I must accept as a fact. If NSIRA is lying to me, then we are past the event horizon where society must collapse, so I prefer to conduct myself in such as way as to presume that we are not yet at that point of imminent social failure and proceed to repair things as best I can without help from anyone. The sad irony I have discovered is that the extremist groups who are responsible for carrying out these organized harassment operations are probably espousing ideologies which are diametrically opposed, in something called accelerationism whereby they presume that society must collapse and try to accelerate the timeline for that happening so that they can get to the other side which they say will be better because they are planning to implement an Aryan supremacist social order, to carry out Adolf Hitler’s “final solution” of murdering all developmentally delayed people and Jews and anyone else who doesn’t look like an inbred white person.
Many of the log entries before this one will be referring to various intelligence agencies that, at the material time, were the most probable entities responsible based on all information available to me and my good faith assessment of that information.
I have since adjusted my theory and quite frankly it makes a LOT more sense that these kinds of targeted harassment operations are being carried out by extremist groups like neo-Nazis and other hate groups.
This did not mean that CSIS was off the hook, so to speak. It simply means that rather than ask them to STOP, I now have to insist that they BEGIN to carry out their mandated duty to investigate and disrupt extremist groups.
So I did precisely that. A years long campaign by the extremist group involved presenting as INTELLIGENCE personnel and committing horrific acts of discrimination and harassment, after which one of them tried to arm me with firearms. I figure it’s pretty obvious they were trying to instigate a mass shooting of CSIS personnel. My undercover investigation involved playing along with their narrative to see how far they would go and what they were trying to accomplish. This is a large part of the reason why my earlier log entries refer to CSIS, CIA, etc. Naturally this plethora of meticulously gathered intel seems like it ought to be of particular interest to CSIS, especially considering the fact that if this operation had been carried out against anyone else, there would most likely be a slew of dead bodies of CSIS people to clean up and understand what the HELL happened. Because the psyop was carried out against someone who had baited this extremist group into coming out of the woodwork and using their resources so that I could investigate and reverse engineer their entire operation, it has fortunately distracted them from using those same resources on things that actually could and probably would result in extreme harm to the public and likely to the intelligence community.
I’m shocked and appalled that the five eyes is letting this group get away with manipulating the public via their new media campaign to spread anti-intelligence community propaganda. Their efforts go completely unopposed by any official statement from any of the five eyes. Why is this I wonder? The answer is likely the same answer as to why CSIS has officially told me that they have ZERO interest in the information about how an extremist group tried to murder their entire community, and NSIRA has even made explicit THREATS against me no less.
One of the tactics that I have identified as being paramount to the operation of this extremist group is something I might colloquially refer to as organizational Blitzkrieg, or perhaps Hirn-krieg if you will. It basically involves a tactic similar to the tank-based Blitzkrieg that Nazi Germany was known for using to take over the capital city of a target nation without significantly damaging the surrounding infrastructure. Basically the idea is that they collect databases of dirt on high ranking government officials and send people to do various subtle organized harassment operations to intimidate and control them. If the head of CSIS is guilty of something sordid, and he suddenly finds hundreds of people walking past him all day long mentioning keywords that resonate with disturbing details of his crime or indignity then it might be rather alarming for him. This is what these extremist groups do. I’ve tested it myself by planting fake information (a semaphore in a way) with them to find it suddenly coming out of the woodwork with literally hundreds of people coming around dropping keywords and so forth.
So the extremist group goes and manipulates or intimidates the heads of these official government organizations which are tasked with disrupting them and voila, they “own” the government or intelligence community. It appears that the case of Cameron Ortis might have been one of these operations. I have very little information about that at this point, so this is mere speculation in case nobody else thought of the possibility yet.
You’d think that Daniel Rogers would want to know how to neutralize this threat. I’ve not only completely neutralized the threat against myself and those around me, I can teach others how do to the same. But this won’t be happening in Mr. Rogers’ neighbourhood. I guess he’s too scared of what he thinks they know. I bet I could trick one of the ones who were assigned to Rogers to give up information to me about what he was instructed to do and then I’d be able to extrapolate and know what Rogers thinks he’s hiding. Yeah wrap your head around that one 😉
