ECFH Psychiatrist, Dr. Grainne Neilson
Dr. Neilson is a major participant in “MKUltra” type operations. Specializes in neutralizing victims of the corrupted justice system in Nova Scotia. She blatantly lied about DrewZero™ and his medical history in an attempt to have him “restrained and injected” with a massive dose of contraindicated substances which would have at the very least made DrewZero™ completely comatose and unable to function. Realistically, this forced drugging would have been severely life threatening if it had been allowed to take place. Dr. Neilson has been observed carrying out these adverse druggings on several of her patients.
Dr. Neilson accused DrewZero™ of being “unfit to stand trial” in her attempt to have him “restrained and injected” with drugs to allegedly make him fit to stand trial. So DrewZero™ sued her in Supreme Court and represented himself to prevent the administration of these contraindicated substances. To anyone in the know about the legal system, this should stand out as the ultimate and very ironic proof of the fact that Dr. Grainne Neilson is at the very least completely incompetent. More likely based on the totality of the evidence, she is simply a corrupt liar with ulterior motives.
She needs to be investigated very carefully and indicted for any criminality which she is found to be involved in.
Dr. Simon Malcolm Bow of St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver, BC
& Dr. Ruchi Thakur of Pacific Spirit Community Medical Centre in Kitsilano, BC
These are MKUltra doctors who have been abusing provisions of the BC Mental Health Act to fraudulently seek orders to have targeted individuals involuntarily committed and subjected to experimental and debilitating drug therapies for disorders they don’t have and couldn’t possibly have based upon the known physiology of the human brain. These people need to be investigated and indicted for their crimes against humanity. This time when a class action erupts for the victims of CIA human experimentation, we need to insist upon the conviction of these local perpetrators and the extradition of their handlers from the USA. We also need to insist on the dismantling of the CIA because they have become nothing more than a de facto terror group which is adverse to their own national security, the national security of Canada and global security overall, as well as a severe detriment to the survival of the human species.
Dr. Bow is definitely among the top 3 most manipulative people I have ever met. He is a textbook example of a Machiavellian psychopath. Dr. Thakur has also demonstrated the same personality characteristics. Most of the people who carry out these disgusting criminal projects for the CIA don’t even realize who is paying them the corrupt money to hurt people this badly.Evidence demonstrates that the original MKUltra doctor didn’t know who he was working for. Dr. Bow is probably the single most dangerous person I have ever met and he needs to be shut down immediately before he hurts anyone else. Upon realizing that I had submitted an application for review by the Mental Health Review Board, he quickly hurried up and drugged my close personal friend with a drug that has severely damaged her brain before the Review Board had a chance to make a ruling in the matter. This was after they had tortured her in solitary confinement and threatened to keep her for an extended period if she so much as questioned anything they were doing to her. THEN, Dr. Bow personally threatened me that if we continued with the review, that he would keep my friend locked up illegally for even longer than he had intended. I now have a personal vendetta against this vile criminal and will not rest until he is properly in prison where those who cause this kind of bodily harm belong. I would suggest that he turn whistleblower and turn in all of his corrupt contacts to the VPD at once, but it wouldn’t change my opinion that he needs to be locked up permanently. Maybe he’d be convincing the crown, of this, but I say that merely revoking his medical licence is not enough!

BC Mental Health Review Board
Corruption has been detected at the BC Mental Health Review Board which is necessary to facilitate the abuse of the BC Mental Health Act so that the human torture and experimentation project can continue.
The extent of the corruption has not yet been fully investigated but like the PBC, it is almost certainly the majority of the Board which is corrupt and needs to spend the rest of their lives in prison.
Hooper Apartments in Vancouver
Several tenants at this building have certain known issues, quirks, personality traits that could be very bothersome if they are placed in certain configurations. For instance, placing someone who likes to dance and stomp all night directly above someone who desperately needs sleep is an example of the kind of strategic positioning which is done for psy-ops to cause maximum distress to nonconsensual human experimental subjects. In a particular instance, a tenant who stays up all night running water loudly was placed on the top floor, so that the sound of the pipes is audible throughout the rest of the building, which seems to be to ensure that targeted individuals cannot sleep. Since this building houses vulnerable people with mental health conditions, this is particularly damaging to the health, causing serious bodily harm.
Numerous people have been sent to “gangstalk” the area and to say certain things, do certain things, or wear certain clothing which has been documented in the targeted individual’s five-eyes psychological assessment file as being a possible trigger for post-traumatic stress. Many terrorists are sent all night to make loud noises around the building above and beyond the normal nightlife crowd in the area. The ultimate goal is to keep the target awake all night for extended periods of time so that there will be symptoms of mental illness which can then be seized upon by such corrupt doctors as Dr. Ruchi Thakur and Dr. Simon Bow to add to the growing file of so-called “evidence” that the target has a certain mental disorder which requires treatment with powerful psychoactive debilitating drugs like lithium and antipsychotics.
