Summary of what the evidence below shows:
DrewZero® complained of not receiving transcripts from the Crown attorney and he could therefore not prepare his appeal documents. The Crown attorney (Brian Cox) continuously lied to DrewZero® and to the corrupt Justice Jamie Campbell (who was previously caught stealing court documents from DrewZero® – see other evidence on this site for details), claiming that all of the transcripts had been sent to DrewZero®. Corrupt Justice Jamie Campbell disregarded the true statements of DrewZero® and dismissed the case on December 16, 2021 at 10AM Pacific Standard Time (2PM Halifax Time). Within minutes, at 10:38AM PST (2:38PM Halifax Time), the Crown attorney sent to DrewZero® the missing transcripts, which they had been lying about, apparently just to rub in his nose the fact that the court system is completely corrupt.

Was there any response to this? It definitely seems like something is missing from these transcripts. I counted only 38 and 17 and 33times that the crown spoke over a 4 and a half year timespan for this matter according to these transcripts and I could not locate thespecific utterances I was aiming to draw attention to.

I just wanted to inform the court that the crown continues to refuse to provide me with the transcripts I require.
I notified them before my filing deadline about the missing portions. I was reassured that the missing ones would be sent to me. They were
not sent. I enquired further to which I’m now being told I’ve supposedly had the digital transcripts since 2016 which is physically impossible
since I was incarcerated at Springhill Institution at the time.
So it seems the crown intends to argue that this situation which he has created by refusing to follow directions to get me copies of the
needed transcripts is somehow my fault. This has been what has been happening since I began having contact with the justice system
and it has become so intolerable it has ruined my life. I found out only after the 2017 attacks that the crown expected to get away with it by
facilitating the Mafia hit which was expected to kill me.
What has this world come to!?
To be illustrative, this crown is essentially holding the documents up high out of my reach, preaching at the court that I haven’t followed
directions; that I haven’t properly used the documents which this crown is withholding from me!!
On Thursday December 16, at 10AM Pacific Standard Time, (2PM Atlantic Standard Time in Halifax, NS) the case was dismissed despite my protests that the crown was still refusing to provide me with the transcripts.
